* The hotel was really helpful when we had to change our dates at the last minute, which they did for no extra charge * Our 2 year old loved the kids room and the toddler pool was great too. The hotel can organise nannies. * Comfortable and clean rooms * The food was delicious and reasonably priced * The hotel has an App which was amazing for ordering room service, extra towels etc and everything always came really quickly * Nice pool area and good bar service * Great breakfast * Great view from our room of the surf 300m away * We loved the location because of proximity to the beach (black sand) and restaurants. But the streets are busy with traffic and have open sewers so it wasn’t nice walking up and down, especially with a toddler.

Everything was very modern and clean. The pool area was excellent, as were the rooms, but what really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was helpful, polite and very cheerful. They could not do enough for you. In particular one of the waiters, Dewa was exceptional, as were two of the trainees Ema and Winata, who were both very friendly. Winata even had a colleague make ginger and honey tea for me to take to my wife who had an upset stomach one morning, when he noticed she did not come down for breakfast. It’s small touches like this that make all the difference. Top, top customer service. We would definitely both return and recommend this hotel again.

Superb place. Very helpful, friendly and trustworthy staff. Beds very comfy! Air con keeps the room cool which is essential. The pool is nice. The pool side bar does fresh (squeezed) orange juice which I enjoyed. The gym is small but has enough of everything (plus it's open 24 hours, which is awesome). The hotel is 5 minutes walk (or an $0.80 grab ride) to the beach, 1 minute walk to convenience stores, 1 minute walk to an excellent massage place (marissa spa), 5 minute walk to a brilliant yoga studio (guan yin), and a popular bar to watch the sun set (the lawn). I extended my stay and will also come back on a future trip.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offers a variety of fun events throughout the week, including happy hours, comedy nights, and outdoor movies. The pool is huge and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was spotless with a large, comfortable bed, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water per person each day. The location is convenient, close to the beach and restaurants, and although there's a nightclub nearby, it didn’t disrupt our sleep.

The facility was in beautiful condition and well maintained. The food was some of the best I have experienced in Bali and the breakfast was fresh every day which I had every morning.
